If you do, you should recognize the name Jesus Calling. ย Nearly every morning I share a bit of the devotional with you on the TIV page.
My friend Brooke introduced me to Jesus Calling last year on my birthday. ย It wasn’t even as a gift, but more as a topic of conversation. ย That convo left me wanting to know more and now I’m pretty much hooked.
Each passage sounds like I’ve sat down to read a page from Jesus’ own personal journal. ย The words are so personal and surprisingly relevant day after day. ย And what’s funny, okay not funny, but really incredible, is that when I share these passages, I get comments that the message was so relevant to someone else in a completely different way.
Here’s a sample of the devotional for August 25th:

It’s for friends who need a word of encouragement or just a note to let them know that they’re not alone. ย It’s for the times that you come across someone who needs to know this Jesus character, but you struggle to find the right words to share with them.
