Online Biblical Studies
Our Biblical studies are typically between six and eight weeks in length, to allow ample time to read through the selected book as a community.
Each week a blog post will be shared from one of our contributors that covers the weekly reading assignments and to help guide you in the exploration of the content. Members are encouraged to comment on the blogs or to share their thoughts and connect with the other participants through our private Facebook group.
During studies, the community comes together on Thursday evenings at 9 p.m. EST to discuss the book, the lessons weโve learned, and how God is working through our lives. This is a great time to build community and sweet relationships with women around the world, all with different stories, yet so similar.
As a registered member of the Online Biblical Study, you will be welcome to join our private online community on Facebook. This group is a place where the study comes to life. The leadership team provides guidance in developing relationships and lends encouragement throughout the study. Members are encouraged to share inspirational and supportive messages with one another. Note: Only registered members will have access to this group.
There are additional opportunities to connect with the other participants throughout the study, which are detailed in the weekly emails.
We strive to limit our reading assignments to roughly 30 pages or less per week plus a blog post to expand upon the lessons learned.
We encourage our participants to do their best to keep up with the reading, in order to make the most out of the study, therefore, on average two to three hours a week should be devoted to reading the content and connecting with the community.
At Intentional Filling, we encourage you to participate at a level that is comfortable and works for you and your schedule.
So in short, no, you are not required to join, however, we strongly encourage you to do so, because it is there in our online community where connections and those special โme tooโ moments take place.
Itโs easy! Visit our Online Biblical Studies page and scroll to find the study youโre interested in and click the button that says โLearn More”. You will be taken to a new page where you can fill out your contact information to register. A confirmation message will be sent to you via email.

The book is NOT included when registering for our Online Biblical Studies. It is the responsibility of the participant to locate a copy of the book to read.
Books can be purchased from Amazon, your local book store, or borrowed from the library or a friend.
We fully understand that schedules are not predictable and life sometimes gets in the way of being able to fully participate in our studies. Please know we will never criticize or judge you for falling behind in your reading, but rather encourage you to participate at the level you are able to.
Our weekly Zoom calls are structured in a way that you will be able to participate no matter how much or how little reading you’ve completed.
Donโt fret! If you donโt have Facebook but would still like to connect with The Intentional Filling community, there are plenty of other opportunities to do so.
If you use any other social media platforms (Instagramย andย TikTok) you can easily connect with the community by using the hashtag #intentionalfilling.
Also, we strongly encourage you to share your thoughts in the comment section of the blog to connect with others in that capacity as well.
Access to weekly discussions and community group posts is closed one week following the completion of each study.

Ordering + Shipping
Due to the nature of our physical products (made to order), we are unable to issue refunds or replacements once the product is conveyed into the carrier’s custody.
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if there is proof of a technical problem (screenshot of the error) for a digital file.
Our sincere apologies! If your package hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of tracking information indicating it was “delivered”, please contact your local carrier’s office to inquire about the missing package. If the package is not recovered after speaking with the carrier, please contact Intentional Filling to initiate a trace investigation and file a claim with the carrier.

To protect yourself and your order from porch piracy, we strongly recommend that you have your order shipped to an address where the delivery can be received in person. If you are not able to be home at the time of the delivery, please consider using an address of a trusted neighbor (who will be able to personally receive the delivery) or at your place of employment.
We are so sorry for the mix-up! Please email Intentional Filling with a copy of your receipt of purchase and a picture of the item received in error. We will respond within 48 hours to address and handle the concern in a case-by-case situation.
Ordering online and selecting the right size can be hard! To process an exchange in size, please email Intentional Filling to notify us of the need for an exchange. We will respond within 48 hours to address and handle the concern.
Items must be returned in “like-new” condition at the customer’s expense within 30 days of delivery, to initiate an exchange to a different size. Should the item be received after the 30-day period, the customer will be charged in full for the new item.
Once the item is received, Intentional Filling will process the exchange.
Please note: Items being exchanged to receive a 2X may be subject to an additional fee. Intentional Filling will also make every effort to provide the desired size in the same color and style, but cannot guarantee based on the availability from the brand. Should the same color and style not be available, Intentional Filling will work to provide alternate options or issue a refund.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot exchange shirts based on the color of the product. A new order will be required.
