The PDF download (received in a separate email, sent to the address on the order) will include step-by-step instructions on how to access the Zoom call replays for your study.

⚠ Important to note:

Zoom call replays are available for purchase during the study, but the replay links will not be released until after the final week of each study. This is to encourage study members to participate in the LIVE Zoom call discussions during each of Intentional Filling’s studies.

It is during the Thursday night Zoom calls that the heart of Intentional Filling’s community is discovered — a global community filled with grace and love that encourages the hard questions to be asked, deeper study and Biblical research to be explored, and relationships to be built beyond the couple weeks of study.

While our Zoom call replays may provide a glimpse into the heart of the IF community, only our LIVE discussions allow the opportunity for you to be involved in the conversation and get to know other members and the leaders of the study.

We are sympathetic to the fact that our study Zoom calls may not be held at a time that is conducive to your schedule (or life happens to get in the way), therefore we have chosen to provide these call replays for study members to purchase at a low cost ($2 per replay). This fee goes to help the ministry cover the cost of hosting these videos, which will be available to you until the end of the calendar year of purchase.

All Intentional Filling orders are supplied with a tracking number through the U.S.P.S. This information is emailed at the time of shipment to the email address associated with the order.

Made-to-order items, such as apparel and journals may take up to 2-weeks to be shipped. We appreciate your patience.

What if my package was lost in transit?

Our sincere apologies! If your package hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of tracking information indicating it was “delivered”, please contact your local carrier’s office to inquire about the missing package. If the package is not recovered after speaking with the carrier, please contact Intentional Filling to initiate a trace investigation and file a claim with the carrier. Due to the nature of our products (made to order), we are unable to issue refunds or replacements once the product is conveyed into the carrier’s custody. To protect yourself and your order from porch piracy, we strongly recommend that you have your order shipped to an address where the delivery can be received in person. If you are not able to be home at the time of the delivery, please consider using an address of a trusted neighbor (who will be able to personally receive the delivery) or at your place of employment.

Can I get a refund for a digital download?

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if there is proof of a technical problem (screenshot of the error) for a digital file.

My package is missing, can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our physical products (made to order), we are unable to issue refunds or replacements once the product is conveyed into the carrier’s custody. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

I received the wrong item or color than what was ordered? How do I get a refund or replacement?

We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please email intentionalfilling@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt of purchase and a picture of the item received in error. Intentional Filling will respond within 48 hours to address and handle the concern in a case-by-case situation.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

To exchange a size, the customer is responsible for contacting Intentional Filling to notify of the need for exchange. Once the customer has received a response from Intentional Filling, the item must be returned in “like-new” condition at the customer’s expense within 30 days, to initiate an exchange to a different size. Items being exchanged to receive a 2X or 3X may be subject to a separate charge.

Should the item be received after the 30-day period, the customer will be charged in full for the new item.

Please note: We will make every effort to provide the desired size in the same color and style, but cannot guarantee based on the availability from the brand. Should the same color and style not be available, Intentional Filling will work with the customer to provide alternate options or issue a refund.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different color?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange shirts based on the color of the product at this time. A separate order will be required to be placed.
