All Intentional Filling orders are supplied with a tracking number through the U.S.P.S.  This information is emailed at the time of shipment to the email address associated with the order.

Made-to-order items, such as apparel and journals may take up to 2-weeks to be shipped.  We appreciate your patience.

What if my package was lost in transit?
Our sincere apologies!  If your package hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of tracking information indicating it was “delivered”, please contact your local carrier’s office to inquire about the missing package.  If the package is not recovered after speaking with the carrier, please contact Intentional Filling to initiate a trace investigation and file a claim with the carrier. Due to the nature of our products (made to order), we are unable to issue refunds or replacements once the product is conveyed into the carrier’s custody. To protect yourself and your order from porch piracy, we strongly recommend that you have your order shipped to an address where the delivery can be received in person.  If you are not able to be home at the time of the delivery, please consider using an address of a trusted neighbor (who will be able to personally receive the delivery) or at your place of employment.

Can I get a refund for a digital download?
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final.  Refunds will only be issued if there is proof of a technical problem (screenshot of the error) for a digital file.
My package is missing, can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our physical products (made to order), we are unable to issue refunds or replacements once the product is conveyed into the carrier’s custody.  For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
I received the wrong item or color than what was ordered? How do I get a refund or replacement?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up!  Please email intentionalfilling@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt of purchase and a picture of the item received in error.  Intentional Filling will respond within 48 hours to address and handle the concern in a case-by-case situation.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
To exchange a size, the customer is responsible for contacting Intentional Filling to notify of the need for exchange.  Once the customer has received a response from Intentional Filling, the item must be returned in “like-new” condition at the customer’s expense within 30 days, to initiate an exchange to a different size.  Items being exchanged to receive a 2X or 3X may be subject to a separate charge.

Should the item be received after the 30-day period, the customer will be charged in full for the new item.

Please note: We will make every effort to provide the desired size in the same color and style, but cannot guarantee based on the availability from the brand.  Should the same color and style not be available, Intentional Filling will work with the customer to provide alternate options or issue a refund.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different color?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange shirts based on the color of the product at this time.  A separate order will be required to be placed.
