Join us for a rejuvenating 4-day weekend at the Oglebay Resort in beautiful Wheeling, WV, USA. This in-person event is designed to help you find balance and fill your faith life with intention. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings and connect with like-minded women who share your desire for a deeper relationship with God and His people.

Focusing on two pivotal occasions in Jesus’ ministry, found in John 2 and John 4, His first public miracle and first declaration as Messiah, Intentional Filling desires to remind their guests that it is often in the mundane and ordinary moments of life that God enters into and works miracles.

Frequently asked questions

A full refund, minus $50, will be available before January 1, 2024. The $50 non-refundable fee will be deposited into our “fill the jar campaign” to support the future of the ministry.

All registrations and/or payments after January 1, 2024 will be non-refundable.

To respect each guest’s boundaries and health concerns, each guest will be staying in their own queen-sized bed, with one other guest in the room. Room assignments will be discussed as a group closer to the date of the event.

You should plan to pack:
Summer clothing, comfortable shoes for walking, a pair of sandals or flip-flops, a swimming suit, medications, your Bible & study tools.

All bed linens and bath towels will be provided. We will stay within a 10-minute drive from a grocery and drug store if needed.

There is limited parking next to the estate cottage. However, additional parking is available nearby and guests can be shuttled, if necessary.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.
